At MODVERO, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods such as holidays, sales campaigns, or unexpected high-demand periods, processing time may take slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is usually 7–10 business days, depending on your delivery location, carrier service, and product availability.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total estimated delivery period.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is currently free for eligible orders.
The final shipping cost will also be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship to Germany and selected international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Italy, France, and Spain.
Shipping availability, carriers, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link to follow the delivery status of your package.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been dispatched.
Product Packaging
All products are carefully packed to help protect them during shipment. Depending on the item, we may use protective packaging such as mailer bags, bubble wrapping, or suitable shipping boxes.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Once an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address or resend the package if it was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost due to a carrier issue, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement shipment or refund, depending on the situation.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. MODVERO is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Delayed Delivery
Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs checks, weather conditions, carrier issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
