Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging included.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. MODVERO is not responsible for returned packages that are lost during return shipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we may not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging.
Sale or discounted items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped.
Once an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this return policy.
